EASY CONNECTIONS by Air, by Land, by Water!

There are many ways to get to Rochester: so just choose your favorite mode of transportation!

For those who choose not to drive themselves to our city, there are taxis at all public transportation sites and most area hotels provide free shuttles
to and from the airport and ferry terminal for their guests.

BY WATER
The new “Spirit of Ontario” high-speed ferry, a.k.a. “The Breeze,” provides multiple round trips daily across Lake Ontario from Toronto, Canada to the Port of Rochester. Each port-to-port trip is approximately two hours with passengers enjoying the ambience and amenities of a small cruise ship featuring multiple bars, a restaurant, two small movie theaters, a children's play area, business class, wireless Internet service, duty-free shop, and an arcade. The ferry can accommodate approximately 750 walk-on passengers, up to 220 cars as well as several trucks and buses.

BY AIR
Located just 15 minutes away from the Riverside Convention Center, the Greater Rochester International Airport accommodates several hundred flights daily and is serviced by ten airlines, including Air Canada, AirTran, American, Continental, Delta, Independence Air, jetBlue, Northwest, United, and USAirways.

BY LAND
There is an Amtrak train station just two minutes from Rochester’s downtown convention district.

A bus terminal serving both NY State Trailways and Greyhound is conveniently located behind Midtown Plaza in the center of the city.
