Here's What Others Say

From Former Buyer Clients...

"Bob and I have purchased several houses. The problem is that the real estate agents that we assumed were protecting our interests were really protecting the interests of the sellers. This time we wanted an agent who was going to provide us with the information we needed to make a more intelligent and informed decision. We had a wonderful buying experience this time. Tom Wemett is a very tough negotiator and approached the situation as if he were buying the house himself. Tom's extensive knowledge kept us from every imaginable pitfall."

Your efforts and professionalism extended well beyond our expectation of a buyer agent. Specifically, we thank you for your responsiveness, availability, and patience during our exhaustive 5 month search. Your integrity and 100% commitment to our best interest was evidenced on every occasion. Your persistence with the lawyers, neighbors, sellers and bankers at every point in the closing process was of enormous value in getting this deal done.

Being a first time homebuyer, I did not know much about how the procedure worked or even the things to look for when "house hunting". Tom provided an invaluable service of teaching me what to look for. Additionally, Tom worked around my hours to make it convenient for me as to when to view houses. As a result, I obtained a house originally assessed at $106,000 for $84,250. Tom advised me to wait for a relocation company to obtain the house I was interested in, such that we negotiate with them and get it at a cheaper price. The process of buying a house, which I had heard of as a nightmare, was extremely simple with Tom, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to any future prospectors.

The experience has convinced us that we would never choose to buy another house without an exclusive buyer's agent on our side. We never expected that previous Realtors were really on our side, but buyer's agency was completely new to us. We got the advantage of your expertise both in the local market and in the factors affecting it. Your skills in shopping for us and describing houses which would meet our needs was clearly unbiased by the commission interests that would affect any human in the dual agency role most Realtors play. The negotiation you did, we're sure, saved your fee three times over.
