Tom Wemett
Tom Wemett is the Broker/Owner of Buyer Only Realty,
Inc. He has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the greater Rochester
area since 1973 and has represented homebuyers only since 1992.
Tom is a well known national authority with regard to
the representation of homebuyers and is very active on a national basis
with the exclusive buyer agency movement. He was a founding member of
and has held several leadership positions with NAEBA, the National
Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. He currently serves as the
Immediate Past President of NAEBA, and serves on that Associations'
Professional Standards Committee, as well as the Professional Standards
Committee for NYSAR, the NY State Association of Realtors. Tom is also
an active member of REBAC, the Real Estate Buyer Agency Council, and has
provided consulting services to the REBAC Advisory Board. He Serves on
the Board of Directors for MABA (the Massachusetts Association of Buyer
Agents. Tom is a member of the Greater Rochester Association of
Realtors, and serves on that Association's Professional Standards
Committee.
Tom is one of the most experienced and best trained
buyer agents in the nation. He has completed the requirements for and
has earned the following designations:
